Terms and Conditions
1. Deposit. The client is required to make a deposit to retain the photographer to perform the services specified.
2. Payment. Our terms are that payment is strictly due on receipt of images, until payment is made, the images will remain the property of The Image Co.
3. Postponements. There is no fee for postponement (if due to an acceptable reason ie: illness) if the shoot is re-scheduled within 30 days.
4. Cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot will be billable at half the estimated shoot rate. Cancellation within 24 hours will be billable at the full estimated rate. On cancellation by the photographer a full refund of the deposit will be given.
5. Alterations. Any alterations or additions will be discussed and where appropriate an additional cost will be agreed before proceeding.
6. Client Privacy. The photographer shall treat all information relating to their clients as confidential.
7. Copyright. We observe the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act of 1988. Copyright of images are owned by The Image Co. Use of images ie; for advertising
